Corinne Agrella

With more than 15 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional, Corinne is helping Criss Cross build our commercial retail assets by integrating business strategies throughout our asset and property management divisions. Since joining us in 2020, she has helped local entrepreneurs to expand with additional retail locations, maximized tenant retention, executed complex negotiations with local, regional, and national retailers, and helped boost our valuation, profitability, and cash flow while minimizing risk.
Before joining Criss Cross, Corinne was the leasing agent and asset manager for office, retail, and industrial properties at MHW Real Estate where she successfully managed the relationship between tenants, a group of several landlords and five partners to implement new strategies, manage personnel, and achieve record company goals. Corinne holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston and a Texas real estate brokers license. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Real Estate Women’s network, and Houston area industry organizations.
