Dennis Swoboda

Dennis is a native Houstonian and his 40+ years in the Houston real estate market make him an invaluable member of our team. Dennis was a General Partner with Schneider-Moore Properties, which developed shopping centers anchored by Safeway, HEB, Randall’s and Kroger Supermarkets for 30 years. After the sale of the Centers, he became President of the Retail and Property Management Division of Fuller Real Estate Services in Houston. Dennis managed Leasing Agents and Property Managers, handling over six million square feet of retail and office buildings in Texas. After Fuller, Dennis joined Quest Properties, a Developer in Houston, (now called New Quest Properties). Dennis graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Degree in Business and Economics. He has had a Real Estate Brokers License for 40 years, is a Committee Member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as a member of the ICSC Foundation Mentorship Program.
